James Manlio Meredith has lovingly recreated Dr. Isaacs’ dog Molly…and his own dog…Monet, who were brought together by the marriage of the author and the artist, Diane R. Isaacs, Ph.D., and James Manlio Meredith, the artist. Mr. Meredith has many solo exhibitions, and has worked for the motion picture industry for over 20 years.

Mr. Meredith’s professional experience includes working on theme parks in the United States, and other countries. He paints, draws, sculpts, works in collage, and mixed media. He also works with photography. Some of his works are available by sale through this web sight. Just click on about the artist.

Mr. Meredith’s states that, "As I work now, each piece has a life of its own. I like the sensuality of the process. I have a feeling of dancing inside. I make art because I like to make art."

"MOLLY & MONET" have been a true challenge and work of love for me. My hope is that the reader of this delightful and warm, caring book about two dogs finding life again, as told through their eyes, will be enjoyed by the readers. I have been busily involved in shows with my wife Diane,  www.artdigitalimages.com in art shows all of 2003 and 2004.  More to come in future printings.
